Paul Perkins

Paul started in the Line Department of a North East Electric Utility and worked his way up through the ranks to a Senior Project Manager. Taking an early retirement from the Electric Utility, Paul completed his technical career as a Research Engineer with the United States Naval Research Laboratory. He is an Engineer with Masters of Science in Electrical and Environmental Engineering. He received all of his college degrees at University night school while holding a fulltime job and raising a family.

Paul is a licensed Florida Broker and is certified as a Commercial Brokerage Specialist and a Fine Homes and Estates Specialist. He is a certified 1031 exchange Agent with Starker Services, Inc. Paul's professional background and strong work ethic allow him to focus on the customer’s needs and wants. His slogan is "no gimmicks just pure professional excellence". He is a member of Englewood/Venice Association of Realtors, Florida Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors, Business Brokers of Florida and the Florida Commercial Brokers network.

Bill Diekman joined Coldwell Banker Sunstar Realty as manager of the North Port office. Bill has worked in real estate since 1982. Recipient of the Humanitarian award in 1998, and manager of the year in 1997. Bill received his BS from the University of Michigan in Business Administration.

Jim Walsh attended Northeastern University in Boston, graduating Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science Degree. Jim was an Investigator in the United States Army. He then served as a police officer in Arlington, Mass. before moving to Port Charlotte, Florida in 1978 and becoming a Real Estate Broker.

Since moving into Charlotte County, Jim has been an exceptional leader in many local organizations. He has held or is currently holding offices in these organizations: Charlotte County Special Olympics, Salvation Army of Charlotte County, Charlotte Harbor Kiwanis, Big Brothers/Big Sisters, Bon Secours St. Joseph's Hospital Health Care Foundation. He is also a member of the Port Charlotte-Punta Gorda-North Port Association of Realtors and served on the Professional Standards Committee. Jim was also named the "Business Associate of the Year" by the American Business Women's Association, in 1993.

Michael L. Svardh, Associate Broker and Realtor, has recently joined Coldwell Banker Commercial division in Port Charlotte, Florida.  He brings almost twenty years of full-time professional real estate experience. Michael started his real estate career in Washington after completing his Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics/Business from the University of Washington in Seattle.  He moved to Port Charlotte in 2005 with his wife, Joan and 2 children.  Michael continues to maintain longtime client relationships by carefully analyzing real estate investment opportunities in various markets, finding opportunities and providing excellent one on one customer service.  His marketing skills combined with his ability to tailor successful purchase & sale contracts have resulted in many successfully negotiated real estate transactions.
